Security Officer Training Academy
The security officer training academy is delivered through a highly effective approach utilizing classroom learning, on-the-job training and mentoring, practice and testing, training manuals, self-study, and a DVD lending library.
Security officer training is structured into three-level training segments:
Level 1 – Basic Officer Training- this training course builds a foundation of basic security skills. Training topics: Powers to Arrest, Roles and Responsibilities, Police Relations, and Report Writing.

Level 2 – Intermediate Officer Training- This course focuses on increased learning and demonstrating competency through testing of the content of the training. Training topics: Post Orders and Assignments, Officer Awareness, Access Control, and Communications.

Level 3 – Advanced Officer Training- Our Advanced Certification training covers more than 30 security training topics. Training topics: Liability and Legal Aspects, Public Relations, and Evacuation Procedures.

Security Supervisor Training Academy
This training program is aimed at improving the leadership skills and operational practices of our security supervisors. This series provides quality curriculum covering vital skill-building topics like leadership, communication, customer service and prioritization, as well as sound rules and procedures for reducing business risk, preparing for emergencies, managing crises, communicating sexual harassment laws and investigation methods, and developing world-class professional standards.
We created our supervisor training academy for our supervisors and those preparing for supervisory responsibilities. Supervisor training candidates must complete ten supervisory training courses within six months.
This combination of technical security training and practical management skills provides a powerful foundation for success which we measure in client satisfaction and improved business results.
Management Training Academy
All Pro Security, Inc. utilizes unique methods for training management personnel. We provide the opportunity for all managers to utilize our structured training program to be successful in managing the day to day security operations.
The goals of our management training programs include:
- To promote consistent customer service and employee relations through the development of professional practices.
- To expand knowledge in business practices, security industry concepts and solutions.
- To develop leadership qualities and creativity in our management personnel
- To develop rigorous methods to improve our service.
Our managers are required to understand their responsibilities and share a common vision in order to be truly successful. Our Manager Training Academy establishes and develops an environment where each manager understands what is necessary to be successful. This training program is a 12 month course. Over twelve months, the lessons and on the job training cover topics such as; The All Pro Security business model, Superior Customer Service, Hiring and Retention, Training, Security Operations Management, Risk Management, and we provide each manager more detailed on the job training relative to the jobs and activities that are critical to their success.
ASIS Professional Certification Program www.asisonline.org
Professional certification within any industry is the standard by which any professional organization can be measured. All Pro Security is dedicated to creating an organization that is identified for its commitment to professional certification. ASIS, the professional organization recognized by the worldwide security industry, has board certified designations that serve to professionalize the security industry. Our managers are required and financially supported by our organization to obtain either their Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) designation. We continue to sponsor certification of our managers and have a number of training programs certified by ASIS that support the re-certification requirement of this important program.
This training program is aimed at improving the leadership skills and operational practices of both new and veteran security supervisors. This new series comprises 166 total minutes of quality curriculum covering vital skill-building topics like leadership, communication, customer service and prioritization, as well as sound rules and procedures for reducing business risk, preparing for emergencies, managing crises, communicating sexual harassment laws and investigation methods, and developing world-class professional standards.
