We use a testing strategy to determine our officer understanding of the duties and responsibilities of their job assignment. We review all Incident and Daily Activity reports accuracy quality content and clarity. We instruct our officers to be proactive in identifying and reporting potential problems. Every four weeks an employee has a performance review completed. We evaluate areas such as; job skills and knowledge, how they respond to assignments, attendance, uniform appearance, and their ability to follow directions.
